Update after holiday. Lots of fixes, screen sharing fixes, background work for permanent rooms and vanity urls. Those will be coming soon!

- Screen sharing also transmits audio
- Fix bug when stopping screen share, the other person will get black screen
- Better messages when browser cannot get video or audio
- Background work vanity urls and permanent email rooms
